Everett Andrews - Owner- Master technician
Everett is the owner & a certified rebuilder, diagnostician, & installer. He oversees the technical & promotional part of his business. Like his tech team, his love for the art started very young. As a toddler, he started taking a part anything that had nuts & bolts. When he was a teen-ager, he got a job at a salvage yard disassembling, labeling, & stocking parts. The training he received there has been priceless. He gave commercial air condition a try but was drawn back to his first love- mechanical. He excelled at any task that was given to him at the various shops that he worked at; prior to opening his own shop in Jan. 2000. Everett takes great pride in solving a customers problem & telling the community what his business has to offer. Due to his health, you will find Everett out promoting his shop, at management & training courses, out in the shop assisting & training his tech. team or on the phone making sure the customer was treated good when they were at his shop.
Delaine Andrews - Service advisor- owner
Delaine is an owner & oversees the daily tasks of the business. When coming aboard she knew how the general public percieved the automobile repair industry. Delaine has made it her goals to educate the consumer to what their rights are; what goes into a repair; a clean enviromental friendly shop, and a place the consumer can feel like they are family. Delaine really enjoys being able to solve a customers transportation problem & the challenges that are forthcoming in owning a repair facility. She is constantly taking advantage of the many management seminars that are specific to the auto repair industry. Delaine is currently serving as the President of Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) 's Gulf States Chapter. Her hobbies include studying the trends of the automobile repair industry, collecting Swarovski crystal, furniture restoration & spending time with family & friends.
Tim Lane - Master technician & rebuilder
Tim is a certified diagnostician & rebuilder. He realized he had a natural ability to repair mechanical problems at a very young age. He started with modifying bicycles & as he got older, move to repairing vehicles. In 1981, Tim was at a friends shop & while waiting for them to return he disassembled & reassembled a transmission. The friend returned; he installed the transmission & to his amazement it worked. In order, for Tim to learn more- he offered to work for free. A deal the owner couldn't resist. Three months later Tim was offered a job for pay as the builder. Tim truly enjoys the challenge of the modern vehicle & their complexed electrical systems. Tim is currently studying other components of the automobile & looking forward to achieving the same success as he has in rebuilding & repairing transmissions. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife & child, watching sports, & playing golf.
Keith Richardson - Engine technician
Keith is the newest member of Andrews Transmission & Car Care. He has over 25 years experience in the automotive repair industry.
